Stereoscopic 3D takes an understandably central role in this year’s Conference. Monday 13 September has been designated Stereoscopic 3D Day, with sessions covering the entire 3D workflow. The free What Caught My Eye session on stereoscopic 3D on Sunday 12, meanwhile, will be looking at the highlights from all the latest myriad developments in 3D at the show, and is followed by A comprehensive introduction to stereoscopic 3D, a two-hour primer for delegates new to the subject.

There’s also an examination of the role of 3D during this summer’s World Cup and its future in sports broadcasting and many more stereoscopic 3D sessions. With interest in the format running at record levels early booking is recommended to ensure your seat. The full Conference programme is available here.
