Explaining t-commerce

Demand for television commerce (t-commerce) has been growing rapidly since 2015, but according to Beenius, this increased demand has been accompanied by a growing misunderstanding of what this can do. The Slovenian developer is showing
operators how they can exploit t-commerce features at IBC2016.

Essentially, t-commerce enables operators to sell different content packages, service upgrades and subscriptions directly on TV screens. In this way, operators are able to structure their commercial offer more effectively and at the same time enable their viewers to access additional content and services with a single click.

It is also called TV commerce and self-care purchase module. But whatever term is used, the main goal is to instantly provide viewers with what they want.
