Forscene, the cloud-based post production platform from Forbidden Technologies, is the topic of the company’s white paper – ‘Offline editing in Forscene makes high volumes of footage manageable’ – available to download on NewBay Connect.

A preview of the paper can be found below, and the document can be accessed in full via NewBay Connect, the online library featuring a range of white papers, analyst reports, case studies, briefings, tutorials and more.

Maverick TV is an independent television producer and part of production giant all3media, the U.K.’s largest independent television, film, and digital production and distribution company. Known for popular TV programs such as Channel 4’s “Embarrassing Bodies” and the BAFTA Award-winning CBBC series “Operation Ouch!,” Maverick TV often shoots on location to capture the lives of the people in the shows in ways that are impossible to shoot in a studio.

Maverick TV has long been using Forscene on various productions in various ways. In the production I’m shooting now — an as-yet-unaired observational documentary for Channel 4 — Forscene is helping me to pare down what would otherwise be an overwhelming amount of footage for the post-production team to manage.
