Three Pluto TV channels launch on My5

First collaboration between the two Viacom-owned AVoD platforms in the UK

Viacom has announced the launch of Pluto TV Drama, Pluto TV Movies and Pluto TV Food channels on Channel 5’s VoD service My5.

The partnership represents the first collaboration between the two Viacom-owned AVoD platforms in the UK and will expand Pluto TV’s UK presence.

My5 will distribute the three Pluto TV channels across YouView, Freeview, Apple TV and mobile devices, cumulatively delivering an extra 720 hours of programming to My5 each year.

Pluto TV Food features the likes of The F Word, Kitchen Nightmares and Worst Cooks in America, while Pluto TV Drama includes Flood starring Tom Hardy. Meanwhile Pluto TV Movies offers films including Nothing But the Truth with Kate Beckinsale and The Assassination with Bruce Willis.

Pluto TV MD Europe Olivier Jollet said: “Collaborating with a well-established VoD platform like My5 allows us to pursue our ongoing goal to further enhance Pluto TV’s visibility in the UK. The three carefully curated Pluto TV channels not only add to My5’s existing line-up but also enable the My5 audience to experience a small portion of Pluto TV’s diverse programming.”
