Viasat World has expanded the reach of its Epic Drama channel in Hungary, having launched on the Magyar Telekom and Vidanet platforms.
The period drama brand is now available to over 50 per cent of the Hungarian market, while reaching more than 10 million subscribers across the CEE region.
Epic Drama houses 600 hours of period drama content curated from around the world. Viasat World continues to negotiate deals with operator partners in the CEE region to further expand the premium drama brand.
Viasat World commercial director Tamas Horvath said: “We are delighted that Magyar Telekom and Vidanet have decided to extend their offering having seen how Epic Drama has resonated with viewers in Hungary over the last 12 months.”
