Amazon customers left unable to watch US Open

Users who stream via Roku, PlayStation and some LG TV sets left unable to access content

Customers who have subscribed to Amazon Prime to watch this year’s US Open have taken to social media to vent their frustration at being unable to access content.

Viewers who stream Amazon via Roku, PlayStation and some LG TV sets have found they can not access the US Open coverage.

Other viewers who have been able to access the five streams that Amazon has made available, have complained of sound problems, technical “hitches”, “skippering and stuttering”, and latency – some said Amazon was up to four points behind the live scores.

TVBEurope has reached out to Amazon UK for a comment.
