Garland is showcasing LiveU’s flagship LU600 at BVE. The product, which was launced at IBC2016, is described as ‘the ultimate combination of high-performance and portability for cellular uplinking’.
LiveU says that it ‘sets the standard’ for high quality and reliable live video acquisition, management and distribution over IP.
According to the company, the LU600 delivers the highest video quality and bitrate in the market (up to 20Mbps), and is set to offer the fastest file transfer (80Mbps), lowest delay (0.5 sec) and 100Mbps high-speed bonded Internet connection. The new LU600 is field upgradable to H.265 HEVC.
Also on show here at the ExCeL is the LiveU Solo, which the company says ‘offers the best-in-class ‘plug and play’ live streaming bonding solution, bringing LiveU’s broadcasting expertise to the online media market’.
Designed to stream to social networks and popular CDNs and OVPs, LiveU Solo offers one touch integration with Facebook Live and connects to Periscope/Twitter, YouTube Live, Wowza Streaming Cloud and others.
