Twitter announces 16 MENA video collaborators

Includes beIN Media, Formula One and Goal DAZN

Twitter has announced 16 video collaborators for the MENA region.

MBC Group, beIN Media, Rotana, Abu Dhabi Media, Dubai Media Inc, Formula One and Goal DAZN were among those unveiled as premium partners for Twitter video content.

The company said that videos on Twitter have reached two billion views a day worldwide, while payouts to publishers have risen 60 per cent in the last year.

Twitter EMEA head of content partnerships Theo Luke said: “Across the world, we find that Twitter’s audience leans in to our partners’ premium real-time video and our advertisers appreciate aligning with our brand safe inventory; whether via global-firsts originating from MENA which include custom productions which position brands as viable distribution partners, or by accessing original programmes and video highlight clips.”
