Sync-N-Link hits v1.5

Intelligent Assistance has updated its Sync-N-Link for FCP software for batch synchronising audio and video from double system workflows with a range of new features.

Intelligent Assistance has updated its Sync-N-Link for FCP software for batch synchronising audio and video from double system workflows with a range of new features.

New features include: an improved interface; support for automatically creating multiclips when creating synced clips where multiple angles are present; better detection of multiple mono audio clips; and drag-and-drop opening of Final Cut Pro XML to the application icon or dock icon

“Sync-N-Link has become the preferred workflow tool for automatically synchronising double system workflows among Hollywood professionals,” commented Intelligent Assistance CEO, Philip Hodgetts. “With the addition of multiclip support Sync-N-Link meets all the needs of professionals working with Final Cut Pro and double system audio and video.”

Sync-N-Link is in daily use on television shows like Cougar Town, Leverage, NCIS-LA and the Sara Silverman Show; and on feature films as well as by leading post houses such as FotoKem, DigitalFilm Tree, Company3, Electric image, Plaster City Digital and more.

Sync-N-Link 1.5 correctly creates double-system multiclips in a batch process that keeps the multiclips in timecode sync, working around a current limitation in Final Cut Pro. Sync-N-Link 1.5 is available now for $495 and is a free upgrade for all current users, while a demo version is freely downloadable and allows users to preview how Sync-N-Link will work with their own workflow (limited to 10 clips).
