Sportway goes for global growth with Sportall acquisition

The acquisition adds best-in-class live video platform and white label app development to Sportway's content management solutions as the Stockholm-based company aims to expand global growth

Sportway has announced the acquisition of Sportall.

A subsidiary of the Sportway Media Group, digital content and data management company Sportway has acquired Sportall, a provider of direct-to-consumer video platforms and Media-as-a-Service solutions.

The deal aims to enable Sportway to expand its portfolio of scalable live sports streaming solutions, expand into new sports and add fan engagement tools to its suite of customisable features. Sportall’s product range includes the official streaming application of FIA World Endurance Championship and 24 Heures du Mans, FIA WEC TV, as well as Futzal Zone and Athlé TV.

From its Paris headquarters, Sportall will operate as a subsidiary of Sportway France. White label OTT platforms and mobile applications developed by the company, including multi-tenant, no-code video platform Sportall TV, will integrate with Sportway’s direct-to-consumer services.
