Miri Technologies has announced David Cohen as its vice president of sales and business development.

Cohen’s career has included senior leadership roles across the M&E arena, such as leading global marketing for 5G solutions at NEC Corporation and serving as VP of marketing for Grass Valley. He also spent more than six years with Harris Corporation’s Broadcast Communications Division.
In his new role, Cohen will focus on expanding Miri’s network of authorised channel partners to meet global demand for the X510 dual-cellular bonding router, as well as establishing sales channels in vertical markets outside the company’s streaming and broadcasting roots.
Commenting on his appointment, Cohen said, “I’m joining the passionate innovators at Miri at a time of unprecedented demand for resilient and stable connectivity. Internet use is essential for almost everything these days, and Miri solutions cost-effectively enable exceptionally reliable, high-performance internet for a wide range of use cases. I’m excited to introduce Miri to more customers in more markets to enable the mission-critical connectivity so many businesses rely upon today.”
“We’re thrilled to add David’s extensive experience and valuable insights to our team,” said Ryan Brenneman, co-founder and CTO of Miri Technologies. “He has a proven track record of developing go-to-market strategies that drive growth and helping align product roadmaps with customer needs, all of which will be huge benefits to Miri, our partners and our customers as we expand our global footprint.”
