Following successful tests of OCTOPUS Newsroom’s OCTOPUS6 newsroom computer system and ToolsOnAir’s just:live video production tools, the two companies have announced the formation of a new technology partnership.
The OCTOPUS6/just:live integration was introduced at the recent NAB Show in Las Vegas. Since then, the relationship has resulted in the development of a highly generic MOS gateway that is easy to install and provides perfect integration with the OCTOPUS platform.
The new partnership offers a complete news production on MacOS X which, they say, is ideally suited to small channels or channels with standard workflow.

ToolsOnAir and OCTOPUS have prepared one of the best and most complete integrations available.”
The integration will be shown at this year’s IBC on stands 7.H32 (ToolsOnAir) and 2.B19 (OCTOPUS Newsroom).
