MultiDyne Video and Fiber Optic Systems has opened the doors to its first EMEA office.
The new office will be led by Sebastian Mucha, MultiDyne’s director of business development for the EMEA region. He will lead a team of regional sales, support and engineering professionals at the new office in Gdansk, Poland.
According to the company, the Gdansk location ensures that MultiDyne customers throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa receive a faster response forproduct repairs, technical support and sales enquiries.
“Establishing a regional office presence reiterates our commitment to this region, which includes investment in regional talent,” said Mucha, “This is a large facility with an open floor plan that invites collaboration amongst our office engineering resources. There is an engineering lab where our regional innovators can work on prototypes, testing and even offer demonstrations to customers and partners.”
Future plans for the office include a local logistics team to further accelerate turnaround times for product deliveries.
