Fiona Burton is joining Gravity Media to head up the company’s post production business in the UK.
She joins the company from A+E Networks, where she held the position of head of post production and engineering for EMEA. During her five years at A+E Networks Burton was involved in launching numerous TV channels, as well as migrating the company to AWS.
As head of post production, Burton will work alongside Meryl McLaren who joined Gravity Media earlier this year to oversee the post production and broadcast rental offering within the EMEA region.
Speaking about Burton’s appointment, managing director of Gravity Media EMEA Ed Tischler said, “We are incredibly proud to announce the appointment of Fiona as head of post production. Fiona is someone I have known and respected in the industry for many years and it showcases our intent to continue to lead the way in the broadcast, tech and production industry with her important hire.

She has worked with lots of our most important clients on some of their largest productions.
