Canford has been appointed as Sennheiser Supply Partner, following significant UK business growth and the introduction of centralised European stock management by the pro audio manufacturer.
Canford Product Manager, Stephen Gallagher commented: “The appointment acknowledges Canford’s ability to support occasional, specific and contract supply of Sennheiser Pro Audio equipment to professional users, installers and resellers alike.”
Gallagher went on to explain how customers will gain from Canford’s new Supply Partner status: “Trade customers migrating from a direct relationship with Sennheiser will also benefit from Canford’s free Technical Support service, significant UK stock holding and trade account pricing.” He added: “When it comes to sales and support of Sennheiser Pro Audio products, Canford has a wealth of knowledge having been a major distribution partner of the brand for over two decades.”
Canford Director of Marketing, Dave Holloway sees the move as significant to the company. “This is an exciting development for Canford and Sennheiser customers. The appointment recognises our ability to fully support trade custom from across the broadcast, systems integrator and AV sectors. Sennheiser customers switching their business to Canford will also have access to our complete range of over 15,000 products, many of which are held in stock, next day delivery, no minimum order value and low free shipping threshold”.
Holloway also signalled Canford’s intention to ease any minor concerns some companies might have about the changes. “Over the coming days, Canford intends to make direct contact with those customers that Sennheiser has identified for us to discuss how Canford can best service their account.”
