Avid has announced it has completed the acquisition of Wolftech Broadcast Solutions.
The acquisition aims to strengthen the media software solutions provider’s position in the news market, leveraging Wolftech’s workflow management toolset and enabling news organisations to increase efficiencies and enhance remote collaboration, said the company.
Deepening the integration between the two solutions, Avid aims to continue partnering with a wide range of newsroom systems and media production tools. The completion marks the end of a process which was announced in October.
