Amagi IPO to launch tomorrow

The company intends to use the money raised from the filing to strengthen its cloud and technology infrastructure

Indian software-as-a-service (SaaS) company Amagi will launch an initial public offering (IPO) tomorrow (Tuesday, 13th January 2026).

As TVBEurope first reported last July, the company intends to use the money raised from the filing to strengthen its cloud and technology infrastructure.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 22.6 million equity shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of 26.9 million equity shares.

Subscriptions will close on Friday, January 16, 2026, said Amagi, with the company’s shares expected to make their debuts on India’s NSE and BSE stock exchanges on January 21, 2006.

According to Amagi’s website, its technology “powers over 7,000 channel deliveries across 300+ content distributors, processing 500K+ hours of content and generating 26 billion+ monetised ad impressions.”

Clients include the UK’s Channel 4, Virgin Media, Warner Bros Discovery and Banijay.
