Media workflow orchestration company qibb has developed what it describes as the first AI-powered conversational assistant offering end-to-end support for media workflows.
The solution, named AI Copilot, aims to help media professionals build, optimise, document, and troubleshoot workflows.

The Copilot gives users the ability to describe what they need in natural language. It then generates an optimised workflow, selecting the best integration points and writing function code where needed, said qibb.
It can also modify workflows and fine-tune automation logic while ensuring clarity, robust error handling, and secure coding. The Copilot can also automatically produce architecture diagrams, step-by-step process-visualisations, and plain-language workflow explanations for better team collaboration.
Users can quickly identify issues, analyse errors, and receive AI-driven recommendations to resolve workflow problems.
“AI is making media workflow automation accessible to everyone—from developers to operations teams,” said Roman Holzhause, CTO at qibb. “Our AI Copilot not only accelerates development with ongoing end-to-end support but also enhances workflow reliability by identifying inefficiencies and providing AI-driven recommendations to optimise scalability and security.”
