TVBEurope’s annual IT Broadcast Workflow conference has announced its Platinum and Gold Sponsors, as well as confirming that Jeremy Bancroft will be returning as conference chairman. Software development company Cinegy is the event’s Platinum sponsor and Gold sponsor is Emotion Systems. Early Bird tickets are available now for ITBW, which takes place at London’s BAFTA on 8 July.

Platinum Sponsor Cinegy specialises in broadcast and OEM solutions for international broadcasters and equipment vendors. Based on standard IT hardware and non-proprietary storage technology, Cinegy aims to create reliable, affordable, scalable, easily deployable and intuitive products. The company’s application areas include MAM and active archive; broadcast automation and playout services; newsroom integration; and IP signal distribution and monitoring.

This year’s conference chairman has been confirmed as director of Media Asset Capital, Jeremy Bancroft. Previously, Bancroft was managing director of OmniBus Systems, president of US subsidiary OmniBus Systems, and marketing director at broadcast MAM vendor Blue Order. Bancroft has particular experience in designing tapeless workflows and systems, content tracking and protection. He has presented papers at numerous international conferences including NAB Las Vegas, DAM New York, SATIS Paris, IBC Amsterdam, Newsworld Barcelona, ETA Pasadena, Content World San Jose, Broadcast Asia Singapore and EBU in Geneva, and has chaired many conference sessions.
