Logiways wishes to contribute to the development of education and learning in Africa by introducing an initiative that can meet multiple requirements called
With TV We Learn. Given that the Internet is proving to be a stumbling block for most ICTE (Information and Communication Technologies in Education) in Africa, Logiways has developed a system that is based on broadcasting networks (television or 3G), which are much more reliable and have wider coverage. The only requirements are that each school must be equipped with a digital decoder and a television and receive either a television signal or 3G network coverage.
Teachers can use this low-cost equipment to show their pupils educational videos selected by a country‟s Department of Education. This video-on-demand technology, which is easy to use, cost effective and rewarding for pupils and teachers, is emerging as the educational technology best suited to meet the needs and desires of the developing countries. There is a reason for this: it has been designed specifically with them in mind, and leaves them a great deal of scope in terms of adaptation.
With TV We Learn is also an effective solution for home training, professional training or healthcare training.
