An experienced software developer and team leader is sought by our client, a manufacturer of proprietary audio signal processing and control systems, to manage a growing software development engineering team. You shall have good working knowledge of .net, C#, and C++, OOP, together with experience working extensively with real-time operating systems, and shall be familiar with best current practice in agile development and efficient code compilation methodology. The ideal candidate will be a practicing developer who wants to retain a level of hands-on development work whilst focusing also on the team leadership and process management aspects of this exciting and challenging leadership role.
