
3DTV is one of the hottest topics on the agenda for almost everyone within the pay-TV industry.
Still in it’s infancy, 3DTV is forecasted to be the next big revenue generator for the digital television industry. Several broadcasters, service providers and operators, including BSkyB in the UK, and DirectTV and ESPN in the United States have either already launched 3DTV channels or announced dates for the introduction of commercial 3DTV channels in the second half of 2010.
