IBC looks to its Rising Stars

One of IBC’s main thrusts over recent years has seen it take an increasingly proactive role in encouraging the next generation into the industry. With an increasing amount of training – both paid and free – offered on the showfloor, the organisation obviously takes its educative responsibilities seriously, and this has reached its culmination with the Rising Stars programme. The initiative is aimed at those just entering the electronic media and entertainment industry and is actually expanding this year following its recent successes.
