IBC Daily Executive Summary digital edition now available

The IBC Daily Executive Summary is now available online in a digital edition. IBC is well-known as one of the biggest technology trade shows in the broadcast industry. But it is equally respected as a gathering of high-level industry thought leaders and innovators. The IBC Executive Summary is the annual wrap-up of what these decision-makers and prominent global executives were up to at IBC.

TVBEurope publishes the IBC Daily newspaper throughout the show. This year’s Dailies totaled 524 pages packed with news and views, all of which are available online. Simultaneously, while producing the Daily, our team is at work on the IBC Executive Summary.

The purpose and pace of the Executive magazine differs from the news blizzard of the Daily. Not only does it reflect the ambience of the annual IBC Leaders’ Summit but also engages in insightful conversation with the most prominent global executives who attended IBC. The conversation ranges wide around business decisions and technology disruptors across IBC’s palette of electronic media content creation, management and delivery.

On the cover of our 2013 issue is tech entrepreneur and philanthropist HRH Prince Fahad bin Faisal Al Saud who participated in a special one-on-one session of the IBC Conference. Major figures from the world of the Big Screen appear too, including Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan, who helped IBC celebrate 100 years of Indian cinema, and Sir Peter Jackson, recipient of IBC’s highest award, the International Honour of Excellence.

Among the dozens of other industry innovators who share their insights and experience are CTO of Amazon Werner Vogels, Matt Glotzbach of YouTube, Wendy Aylsworth of Warner Bros Technical Operations, “Nordic noir” godfather Morten Hesseldahl, and experimental composer Robin Rimbaud.
