FOR-A showcases 4k super slomo

FOR-A is taking it slow while showcasing its FT-ONE, the world’s first full 4K super slow motion camera. The camera records up to 1000fps uncompressed onto its to its internal RAM and hot swappable SSDs, and replays 4096 x 2160 film-look super slomo images.

New vision mixers from the company include the HVS-390HS, a versatile 1M/E or 2M/E mixer with 16 HD/SD-SDI inputs and eight outputs (expandable to 24 and 13). The mid-sized HVS-4000, available with 2, 2.5 or 3M/Es, can handle complex video productions for broadcasters, OBs and events companies.

Compact motion-compensated quality framerate conversion is now available as the 1-RU/half-width FRC-30 or UFM-30FRC modular card, providing up/down/cross conversions.

File-based workflows add the LTS-50 that archives media files to LTO-5 tape, ideal for backup and NLE archiving, complementing the LTR-120HS (AVC-Intra/DVCPRO) and LTR-100HS (MPEG-2) video archiving recorders, MBP-100MP player and MBP-100SX MXF clip server/baseband converter.
