MediaTech 360: Better insights, greater transparency

Final sessions will take a look into 2020

The final sessions of this year’s MediaTech 360 will take a look into the future, focusing on both machine learning and what the industry might look like in 2020.

The first panel on the afternoon on 21st June will discuss the next steps in AI and machine learning. The speakers, including SMPTE’s Yvonne Thomas, Lesley Marr from Molinaire, and Noriko Matsuoko, will look at how AI and machine learning can streamline workflows and future proof systems as well as increase user engagement and combat legacy problems.

MediaTech 360 will also postulate as to how the industry will look in 2020. How will HR look? Will robots have replaced humans? And what are the emerging technologies to invest in now? Ericsson’s Tony Jones, Verizon’s John Williams and Sinead Greenaway from UKTV will offer their insights.

Finally, MediaTech 360 will close with a round-up of the full two days from this year’s chair Christy King.
