Blackmagic Design European Roadshow

Blackmagic Design is coming to Europe with its Blackmagic Roadshow. The tour, which starts in Stockholm on Thursday, will see the premiere of A Night at Nine Elms, shot by filmmaker James Tonkin (pictured) on the Blackmagic Cinema Camera and graded using DaVinci Resolve. In addition, attendees will get an insight into digital film making techniques including choosing the right lens, the differences of RAW and compressed workflows, lighting and exposure, through to grading.  Further live demonstrations will show how to work with ProRes and the Blackmagic Cinema Camera’s file metadata with Final Cut Pro X. Plus how the camera’s built in Thunderbolt connection can create an Apple professional production workflow. A London event will take place on 1 November from 1:30pm – 5:30pm at Kensington Great Hall. Additionally, the tour can be joined in Stockholm on 25 October, Hamburg on 30 October, Prague on 6 November and Milan on 8
